TERMS & CONDITIONS

1. CHECK IN
   Check in is 12:30 p.m. Check out is 11:30 noon.
2. GUESTS PERMITTED PER APARTMENT
   Guests Permitted per:

2-BHK apartment: Max. 5 Adults or 4 adults and 3 Children (below 8years).
1-BHK apartment: Max. 3 Adults or 2 adults and 2 Children (below 8 years).
The Villas: Will be conveyed during reservation.

3. TAXES
   Taxes payable extra, as applicable.
4. REFUND
   The amount of advance will not be refunded if booking is cancelled at your end.
5. IDENTITY DOCS
   IDs: All Indian Nationals/NRI must carry his / her Photo ID & address proof. Along with Booking Confirmation Letter.

All Foreign nationals must carry their Passport (originals & photocopies) and 2 photos (passport size) along with Booking Confirmation Letter.

6. RULES AND REGULATIONS
   Guests will have to adhere to the rules and regulations of the authorities where the apartments are located.
